1. About us

This website and online store (the "Site") are operated by Innova Trade LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, doing business as FeralPetClub ("FeralPetClub," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order.

3. Our products

  • Made to order. Every item is printed after you order it, by our print-on-demand production partners in the United States.
  • Colors and appearance. Many of our tees are garment-dyed, so each piece is slightly unique: shade, texture and fading can vary a little from tee to tee and from what you see on your screen. Print placement may vary slightly. These variations are normal and are not defects.
  • Product images. We use photos, mockups and digitally created images to show our designs. They are representative and may not match every detail of the final product.
  • Care. Please follow the care instructions on each product page.

4. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are set out in our Shipping Policy.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.
  • We try to make sure all information on the Site is accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors in prices, descriptions or availability at any time, including after an order is placed.
  • Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions. Only one code per order unless stated otherwise, and they have no cash value.

5. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery times, shipping costs, size exchanges, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Personalized products and content you submit

If you add text, names, dates or photos to a personalized product, or post a review, photo or comment (together, "Your Content"):

  • You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or include anything unlawful, hateful, obscene or harassing.
  • You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Your Content to make and ship your order and, for reviews and photos you choose to share, to display them on the Site and in our marketing. We won't use photos submitted only for a personalized product in marketing without your permission.
  • We may refuse to print, or may remove, any content that breaks these Terms.
  • You are responsible for checking spelling and details before ordering.

7. Our intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to FeralPetClub and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product gives you the right to own and enjoy that item. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce or sell our designs. You may not use our content or brand without our written permission.

If you believe something on our Site infringes your rights, please email support@feralpetclub.com with the details. We take every report seriously.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: for example, by attempting to break its security, scraping it, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers, shipping carriers and social media. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeralPetClub, Innova Trade LLC and its members, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeralPetClub and Innova Trade LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from Your Content.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
